The Prom at Montefiore

For the Last two years I have covered the Prom at the Children's Hospital at Montefiore
The slide show is of photographs made during the May 7, 2011 party. It was good to see the children forgetting about their life threatening illnesses and enjoying the evening. I thank them for letting me be a part of the festivities. The Prom was put together by a wonderful dedicated team of very hardworking people of the Phoebe H. Stein Child Life Program, of the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore. It is always inspiring to see the Child Life program family working tirelessly with the children. It was attended by 35 patients and 20 dates of patients.

Fordham Road Renaissance Festival

On Aug 21, I found myself on East Fordham road just east of the Grand Concourse, among thousands who were enjoying the Fordham Road Renaissance Festival.
